Dear Gentle Readers,
Winter has descended upon our little armpit of the world. The pond is already frozen. The wind is blowing and howling and there is snow on the ground.
Didn't it come early? I remember doing leaf projects with my class in school for Thanksgiving. Autumn leaves weren't brown and crunchy.
Now the trees are bare. Nobody is out walking or jogging. Everyone is home, bundled up with the furnace on.
Well, at least we aren't in Buffalo!
